Gigi’s path to real estate has always been rooted in service. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Kansas State University, she built a career focused on helping people communicate, make decisions, and move through important life moments. Her early work in senior‑care admissions taught her the value of patience, empathy, and clear communication — “It was especially nice to serve the elderly… I really felt the work I did had substantial value."

She later spent six years with the Lawrence Journal‑World Daily, working closely with clients, meeting tight deadlines, and helping businesses succeed through thoughtful advertising. “The most rewarding part… was hearing that my clients had been successful with their advertising efforts,” she notes — a theme that has followed her throughout her career.

Gigi also brings prior real estate experience from Ohio, where she represented both buyers and sellers and earned a Gold Club award for her positive impact and dedication. She loved seeing clients “light up when they had found that perfect place,” a feeling that continues to inspire her work today.

Now back in Kansas, Gigi blends her communication skills, marketing background, and genuine care for people into a real estate practice that feels personal, grounded, and trustworthy. Outside of work, Gigi is a proud mom of two grown children — both veterans and graduates of Kansas State University her alma mater — and she happily shares her home with two very spoiled cats, Max and Charlie, who bring daily joy.
